Por otro lado, se habla de \u00abdisruptive\u00bb en el ambiente de consulting para describir la evoluci\u00f3n de la industria de unos grandes globales empresas (McKinsey &amp; Company, PWC, EY, Accenture, etc.) a unos consultores menos grandes, menos global, pero con un nivel de servicios suficientemente altos para poder competir con estos \u00abbig five\u00bb, no solamente en los nichos o los PYMEs sino tambi\u00e9n prestando sus servicios a las grandes corporaciones. Una im<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-22 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/disruptive_consulting-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/disruptive_consulting-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/disruptive_consulting.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>agen puede ayudar a entender la idea principal: el paisaje del consultancy cambia como el abanico de \u00abcosas\u00bb en internet de \u00abblockbuster\u00bb a \u00ablong tail\u00bb. Una gran cantidad de altamente capacitados y competentes consultores sustityen las grandes consultores. Aunque tomado esta imagen de la trastienda de la \u00abdisruptive innovation\u00bb, se aplica igualmente al negocio de la consultoria. De hecho estamos ante otro paradigma de la econom\u00eda colaborativa: las grandes consultoras son empresas que principalmente competiten por los clientes que luego se atienden en el departamento \u00abproducci\u00f3n\u00bb y para ello precisan de talento, justo este que es capaz de producir innovaci\u00f3n (para solucionar el problema y sobretodo satisfacer al cliente). Antes, la infraestructura, tanto para la captaci\u00f3n de los clientes como <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-23 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MK_Innovacion-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MK_Innovacion-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/beraver.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MK_Innovacion.png 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>las herramientas de colaboraci\u00f3n, eran car\u00edsimos. Sin embargo, en la era digital, los costes de estos dos principales elementos tiende a cero, las grandes consultoras van a tenerlo dif\u00edcil, defenderse contra peque\u00f1as boutiques o peque\u00f1as redes de profesionales que solamente est\u00e1n debilmente vinculados. Y hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os Peter Drucker dijo: \u00abBecause the purpose of business is to create a customer, the business enterprise has two\u2013and only two\u2013basic functions: marketing and innovation. Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs.
